UVC in food process line

Project introduction

This project is for a dumpling processing factory in one of countries in Central Asia.. 

The products include the UVC induction sterilizer emitting 253.7nm, the far UVC down light emitting 222nm, the far UVC soap-less hand sanitizer, far UVC food sterilizer and UVC conveyor.



Scheme introduction

  1. The UVC induction sterilizers are used when operators are out of work at night to disinfection the whole room and make the space germ-free and safe to use for the next shift.

  2. The far UVC down light are used in the rest room and above washing at the presence of people to keep the air and surface free of pathogens and reduce the forming of fungi on these surfaces.

  3. The far UVC soap-less hand sanitizers are installed at the entry of the process line to keep the hands of operators to be free of viruses and bacteria after potential contamination when outside.

  4. The Far UVC food sterilizers are installed above the process line to keep the surface of dumpling clean of any micro-organisms to extend the shelf life.

  5. The UVC conveyor is installed before package to enhance the disinfection and keep the products free of pathogens before package. 

With the above arrangement of traditional UVC (253.7nm) and far UVC (222nm) combined with other routine hygiene and cleaning measures, the germ-free, worry-free and healthy food are produced.
